Just some feeling at office

Here I just want to share about my work in one of Japan general insurance company in Indonesia.

I’ve been working here for almost 3 years, not a long time if compare with another senior here.

A lot of people here have been working for 10 to 20 years. So amazing years right?

I ever wanted to work for one company for forever, don’t want to move again or resign and work from one company to another company. Think this company should be my last company. But maybe I made a wrong decision again.

People said, it is fine to move from one company to another company before you got married or before you turn to 30y/o or maybe before you have a child.

Work for one company to another company has their own advantage, here I list some of them :

1.       Work for only one or two company for a lifetime :

-          Plus

a.       Become a senior in work place is not an easy thing, work for a long time in one company can make you a senior and probably also make your name famous.

b.      If your act and attitude are well good in others mind, this can make you a trustable friend.

c.       Others may think you are typical person that scare of challenge and others think you are a loyal person.

d.      When you mark your period of work is quite long enough, now maybe everyone’s around you think that you are such a good person.

e.      I can really sure that you know and understand what kind of jobs that you handle.

f.        Thinking about the loyalty of working in one’s company 

 

-          Minus

a.       You will never know what other worlds has for their employees (I mean others company)

b.      Your information about others company are not too much, since you will only listen from friends

c.       People said that a person who moved around companies will experience faster career progress than the one who didn’t or maybe stick with one or two companies.

d.      (you may add for me at the comment page)

 

2.       Work for two or more company for a lifetime :

a.       have a lot of or much experience in facing situation at office

b.      have a lot of friends in various ages, criteria, ways of thinking, etc

c.       become a great person who can adapt in new environment in short period

d.      (some list you may refer to some of the minus list I have mentioned before, just need to correct it into a positive)

 

Some people said, you will know how much you need them when you realize how much you need them.

This is how I feel now. Sometime I feel ,,, like ,,, if my boss really need me ???

Or maybe this is just my feeling right now.

I know life is still and will always going up and down. Like roller coaster …

Really,, my boss only have me as his assistant. But how??? I can’t get,,

I don’t know,, I just don’t know,, I just don’t feel ,,

I don’t feel like ,, my boss is protecting me ,,, just  like my previous boss…

Honestly, I am not a typical person who like to compare someone to somebody or maybe a thing …

But,, this is what I feel right now… L
